Does GINO travel overseas to take orders?

Yes, we travel 3 to 4 times a year to take orders and to meet new and existing customers. We travel mostly to Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, England and USA.

 

Is your site secure?

You can use your credit or charge card with confidence at GINOSHIRT.COM.

We use the latest secure servers, and our card transactions are authorised for us by Bank of Asia, a secure authorisation service and bank. Look for the padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen as you enter your payment details. Our privacy policy is also strong and designed to protect you from unwanted mailings and contacts from other organisations.

 

How can I return your shirts?

We guarantee full refunds for all shirts, ties or cufflinks that are flawed or faulty.
If we make a mistake with your order, for example with a pocket or monogram, we will issue a refund, remake your shirt, or take it back for alteration or repair.

Each shirt is made uniquely for you, and cannot be resold. For this reason, we cannot guarantee refunds for reasons of fit.

 

Which countries do you ship shirts to?

We will ship to any country worldwide from our warehouse in Bangkok. Just fill in your address, and we will do the rest. There are no extra charges for shipment outside Thailand, although your shipment may be subject to incoming import duties and charges, for which we cannot be held responsible.

 

So how good are your shirts?

The shirts available from this shop are the best on the web, and among the best available anywhere. We are confident that shirts you order from this site will be better than your existing shirts, and we are convinced that once you have tried our shirts you will not buy shirts from anywhere else.

How do you differ from other custom shirt companies who advertise on the internet?

We feel that we offer the highest quality product available for the price. In addition, we are unusually responsive to the needs of our customers. We also provide our customers with free image consulting services.

Yes, you can find some of them in our testimonial section. All these happy clients have given permission to accept your emails for references. If you, too, are satisfied with your garment, we would be greatly pleased and honored to be able to add you to the list.

 

What is GINO's stand on Human Rights and Conservation?

We are proud to indicate that we follow international norms in human rights and conservation. No forced labor is used at our workshops. No underage individuals work with us. We strictly follow the minimum working age laws of Thailand at our factory and the minimum wage regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand. No children are employed by us and any dangerous job (working with sewing machines and needles for example) is only undertaken by workers over 30 years of age. We strictly follow the maximum working hours dictates of the law. We respect Nature and feel it conscientious to do our best for conversation so that future generations have a beautiful world to live in. We conduct recycling of all possible items. Paper for example, is never discarded without having been recycled first. Conservation is our duty and responsibility and this we take very seriously at our showrooms and workshops.

 

Can Ginoshirt.com customize to any style?

If you would like us to custom make shirts to styles not displayed or available at our website, we can do this if the image file or a link to an online image is emailed to us along with the order or before placing the order for our confirmation and further instructions. Should you like to send us an image file, Kindly do so using JPEG formats and please keep the file as small as possible.

 

I would like to cancel an order.  Can I?  How?

We are unfortunately not able to cancel your order since fabrics are ordered immediately from our fabric suppliers as soon as an order has been placed. Under our arrangements with our suppliers, to gain economies of scale translating into more reasonable prices for you, we cannot cancel our orders with our suppliers. We therefore regret not being able to cancel orders once placed with us.
An order cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed.
Under some circumstances however, we may allow for an order to be cancelled. For instance, if an order has been processed and the measurements have not been received yet, the order can be cancelled but a 25% cancellation, restocking and administrative fee would apply.
Or, for instance, if an order has been processed and the fabric ordered is not available or cannot be sourced from our suppliers for the order, a 20% administration and sourcing fee would apply.
